Furthe r c ommunication c l arified a request t o observe at beari ng 58 degrees . Withi n a few mi nutes , - used a Thermal opt i cal device t o l ook i n t he direction of 58 degr ees . He saw a black object in t he sky . It was not moving f ast . He t oo k p i ctures us i ng t he optica l devi ce . Whi l e observ ing he s aw a second ob j ect t o the right o f t he fir s t and t ook addi tional phot os / v i deos . The ob j ect s were moving t ogethe r a t the same speed . Bot h wer e b l ack hot . He lost view of t he objects when they t rave l e d a distance out o f view. Total observa t i on time was approxi mate l y 5 - 10 minutes . - i s unabl e t o estimate a n a l t i tude or speed . The ob j ects were above t he mountain l i ne . They were moving i n t he d i rec t i on o f SE , approximatel y 58 degrees t o 62 degrees . Given t he distance of the ob j ects it was d i fficul t f or - t o determi ne di rect i on o f trave l . was the only one at his locat i on t o see t he objects .
